dirty dirty community organizer

This morning Senator David Vitter, R-La., announced to the Southern Republican Leadership Conference:

"If that's the choice in 2012, I'll take a TV personality over a community organizer any day,"

This, *this* is why I tend to want to HATE the whole damn Republican party. Instead of finding a credible candidate to take on the so-sneered community organizer on real issues and debate, they're satisfied with letting that woman run around spouting bullshit, rallying up the crazies of the tea party "movement", making terrible jokes about threats of violence, and then say that they would take her, her who quit the job running her own state to lead this country. They would turn our economically-depressed, obese, ever-more-poorly educated nation over to a mother of a teenage-mother who *still* pushes for abstinence even when she has seen first hand that it doesn't work, a woman who's greatest ambition is for attention, a woman who stated she had foreign policy experience because of proximity to Russia.

The GOP will cut off it's nose to spite it's face. It's lazy. It's irresponsible. And it better backfire. If it doesn't - Europe, here I come.
